Idyllwild Vacation Rental Owners is a group of responsible permit-holding short-term rental property owners that came together on Facebook in 2020 to help each other better operate our vacation rentals.

Most of us live in the area either part time or full time. We give each other advice on everything from cleaning supplies to contractors, from sound monitors to snow removal, and dealing with the occasional troublesome guest.

We also champion the ways that STRs have contributed to the healthy growth of community and local businesses.
